Custom Work Rates:

Cat 140 Graders Ratepayers $200/hr  Non-ratepayers $300/hr
Cat 430E Backhoe Loader $150/hr
TS-14’s $300/hr
Grading & Snow Plowing Lanes $100/trip

 

Driveway Maintenance Policy:

  • $100 per trip for driveways and $200 per hour for bin-yard clearing, minimum charge of 1 hour.
  • If requested, 1 free driveway cut per year with the mowers.
